Lars Thies studied political science and philosophy at the University of Hamburg with a focus on international relations. He started as a project manager for the Bertelsmann Stiftung in 2010 in project on citizen participation. Since 2011 Lars works in the project “Vocational Training: Opportunities for Everyone” on the topics of dual vocational education, school to work transitions and youth unemployment.
