Background
Paul Donders is an inspiring speaker and an established strategic advisor. He is Chairman of the Board of xpand-international and CEO of xpand-Nederland.
Originally, Paul studied Architecture in Dortmund (Germany) from 1977-1981. Obtained various experience in designing housing-projects, public building and industrial building-projects. He founded the training and consultancy firm xpand in 1988 in Germany. Today xpand is an European consultancy firm with offices in 9 countries, and about 100 professional consultants. Over 30.000 participants attended xpand trainings over the last 24 years.
As executive coach Paul supported Board-members and C-level managers of numerous national and international companies, as well as a range of social profit organizations (especially in the area of Health Care). His trainings always contain motivating as well as exercise elements to ensure the transformation of insights into the reality of challenging daily practise of the participants. He is a licensed master-trainer in DISC personality profile Analysis Tools and a licensed trainer in SOI – Structure of Intelligence Testing Tools (by Dr. Guilford).
