Heike Wetzel
She is a master on flute. She studied at the MusikHochscxhule Carl Maria von Weber in Dresden and at the Musikhochschulen in Nurnberg und Wurzburg, finally a masterclass of Prof. Kontad Hampe.
She performed as solist and as chambermusic in manu European countries and Japan. And was part of the Philharmonic orchestra in Nurnberg. Besides these performing aspects, she is active as teacher at the Otto-Friedrich University in Bamberg.
She recorded a long list of CD’s and participated in CD’s of other artists. She was regularly in programms of Bayerische Rundfunk, SWD, ZDF, ERF, etc.
