As Head the Arts at All Nations, a cross-cultural mission training College in the UK, I have a passion to promote and facilitate the Arts in the missions context. I have spent 11 years pioneering and integrating Arts specialist modules in to the BA Hons Degree Programme at All Nations, and more recently in to the Masters programme. I have both pastoral and curriculum development responsibilities, and am also the Marketing and PR Manager for the College.

As Head of Arts I teach a variety of subjects ( Performing Arts, Music and Worship, Creative Evangelism, Art, Culture and Identity, and Communications with voice training). I supervise and mentor students at every level on the undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. I maintain a strong extra-curricular arts programme which includes conducting  musical concerts and managing regular arts events. I build partnerships with mission organisations and theological colleges. I speak at Arts/Mission conferences, and run residential Arts weekends and summer schools which have so far included International Dance, World Worship Music, Film, and this year a new course “Arts for a Better Future.”  I oversee the ongoing developments of the Arts at All Nations.
